Frequently asked questions.

  • ArtStage is free to download and use our free rooms. Subscribing unlocks all the rooms and gives you access to all the new rooms added each month. First download the app from the Apple App Store. Then tap on any image with a flame icon to see the available subscriptions.

  • At the top right corner there is a button marked "+" tap this to be taken to your devices photo gallery, here you can select the image or images you wish to upload. Then tap "Add". Job done!

  • Simply go through the same process as importing an image. You can upload and display as many as you would like.

  • After you have imported an image image you will be taken to the "Crop" screen. You can skip this section by tapping "done". Or you can select the first button which will list different aspect ratios you can crop too. The middle button is the circle cropper. Adjust your image until you are happy then press “done”.

  • To add a frame first import your art. Then tap the button labeled “Frames” choose any frame. To remove the frame select the button titled “No Frame”.

  • Subscribers can import their own room/wall image. Tap the Pencil icon at the top of the screen and select "Import Own Room". Then select the image from your photo gallery you wish to use as a backdrop for your art.

  • If you have App Updates set to Automatic the rooms will download automatically each month as we add new ones. Alternatively if you do not have App Updates set to Automatic you can do it manually - Open the App Store - Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen - select the "Update" button next to ArtStage. New interiors will now be available.

  • Sometimes due to the way the Apple App Store works subscriptions can become out of sync with your device. Simply go into the menu at the top left of the screen, then tap on "Restore Purchases" this will take you to the subscription screen. Then tap on the "Restore Purchases" link near the bottom of the screen. This will re-sync your subscription (it will not charge you twice).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. To manage your subscription go to your device Settings - Media & Purchases(the very top option next to your name) - Subscriptions. From here you can change subscription or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
